We didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-nights stay. The room we had included climate control, TV set, and a refrigerator. It met the purpose. Everyone from the staff was amiable. It was about 16 miles from the airport: )

The facilities include a washing machine, making laundry effortless.

I found the noise levels unbearable . There was constant commotion from kids and street sounds all morning.

The room was such a disaster, wet towels everywhere and unemptied bins, never seen more dirty hair! I almost gave a good review, but then could hardly breathe from the nasty smell from the bathroom! How I'd expect to receive a complimentary upgrade, nothing more special than dirty linens, that's so typical.

Our Family Room with Balcony had everything we needed. Cozy with a balcony, and air conditioning kept it cool. Super convenient with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom had nice toiletries and was private. The air purifiers were a great touch too! Easy access to Ueno and Minowa station made exploring so simple.

Great for families seeking cozy comfort

We really enjoyed the washing machine in our room, it made handling laundry so easy, plus, the super nice team. One time, they even lent us umbrellas just for a quick walk to the konbini across the street.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, acceptable if you're looking for a good stay.

The pool and the cozy lounge area were perfect spots for relaxation after our adventures. The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but overall, we loved our time and would definitely recommend it to families!

The washing machine inside the room. With spacious accommodations and modern amenities, including a lovely balcony, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff was consistently accommodating, responding promptly to our requests. We loved the guava jam offered at breakfast. A bit more variety in dining options would have enhanced our stay, and the bathroom setup felt a bit cramped at times.
